Adaptation of thee-learning training for a retail chain

Challenge

Internal e-learning team in a retail chain headquarters needed support in trainings adaptation. Specialists had prepared training in English. The course had to be translated to a few other European languages. Training dealt with company internal procedures and needed to be delivered simultaneously to all company departments.

Solution

We helped the customer to accelerate the publishing of the courses in different countries. The final effect of our work was the transfer of the Articulate Storyline source files and SCROM publication in several language versions. This was done according to the agreed schedule and customer requirements (documents, tests scope). The customer decided to arrange the translation and native speaker narration recordings.

Sometims we do all these activities simultaneously in various projects and different language versions of a training. We can also extend the scope to, e.g. translation, proof-reading or narration recordings by professional target language instructors. We enhance the internal e-learning team’s effectiveness which helps them to better achieve their objectives.
