Challenge
One of our customers was an internal e-learning team in an industrial company. Their task was to prepare an implementation program for their sales representatives. This program consisted of multiple modules that had to be designed within a specific time frame. It was a very difficult task, because the team was not large and was working on other tasks, including requesting and consulting materials from experts within the organisation. The customer had prepared most of the material on their own by using Articulate Rise. They needed support in preparation of the training elements which were more technically and interactively advanced.
Solution
We helped the customer to provide a coherent message that was engaged through interaction and was visually attractive. We provided:
A set of character illustrations: virtual guides, which appeared at various parts of the training to give tips,
Interactive animation with a story that combined various points of the implementation program
Advanced interactions in Articulate Storyline that were imported to Rise
Simulation of application operation on various platforms (Windows, Android, iOS)
At the beginning, the customer had provided the branding (typography, colours) and multi-cultural training participants requirements. We faced a project, in which many stakeholders participated and the scope of the training was changing very often. This required us to participate in frequent meetings. At one stage of the work the involvement of our copywriters was needed. Communication throughout the project was in English and every interaction and multimedia in the e-learning training were provided also in English. With our support, the internal e-learning team delivered a large and interesting set of trainings, which prepared sales representatives from all over the world to work.
