Challenge
Our customer, a large retail chain, has extended the digital learning for the managers and workers of a few thousand stores. The demand for trainings on various aspects of the shops performance has grown. Both the substantive and comprehensive material and support in the technical preparation of a great number of online trainings were needed.
Solution
Firstly, our instructional designers instructed several internal trainers on e-learning courses concepts and scenario preparation. The courses were conducted as a virtual workshop that took place over several weeks. The effect was the creation of an online training base. During this stage we:

Consulted the methodological suggestions of the trainers

Proposed optimal technical solutions

Edited and corrected the language of the scenarios delivered by the trainers
Then we moved to the technical aspects of the project, that included:

Layout design

Graphic and technical screen preparation

Preparation of the animation

Recording of the narration and synchronisation

Tests and corrections
We also run smaller projects, which support internal marketing, e.g. a contest game for the users of the platform. In every project, we handle the project managing (pricing, schedule, reports, communication with stake holders, change management). Through our comprehensive support, the internal e-learning team can be a record-breaker in achieving the set goals in e.g. delivering new courses and providing the service for as many users as possible.
